I'm so glad I went with Mice Mob! The technicians were so nice and respectful of my property. I had mice coming into my basement and since they sealed I've had no issues! It wasn't cheap, but I would have spent the same with monthly treatment, or more if I needed it longer than a year! I love that they Guarantee for a year, it's such a great peace of mind to know they'll come out for free if I have another problem.

Update: their regional Manager reached out to me after I left the review and he came give me an estimate..We decided to go with their service after meeting with him.Will update my review and give them 5 stars if our issue is resolved and we don't see anymore mice in our house..its a.huge concern for us because we have small kidsI had called Mice Mob after my neighbor recommended them. . When I had initially call them for an estimate, they showed up before the time and I was at work so, they just emailed me an estimate. I called them again for an estimate, so they can see inside the house for infestation, but the sales person didn't even come in and gave me a copy of an estimate which was given 2/3 back. When I told him that I will let them know if we would go with their service, he just laughed at me and left. I email the person, I initially contacted via email, he called back right away, but he was just defending the sales person and was asking me what do you want me to do about it. I shared my experience with my neighbor, she showed me the estimate they gave her for same work for almost the same size house, which was half of what they gave me. I reached out to them again asking about it and see if they have any discounts or anything. But no one responded.

2nd time using these guys (2 different houses) and recommended them to a friend and all of us are happy, and, more importantly, mice free! Ugh, we had quite the invasion at our new house after a different company that does our quarterly bug-type pest control misdiagnosed the problem as bats 🤦♀️. Grateful to know the problem is taken care of for good now. Don’t waste your time or money elsewhere!

Bill came out and took his time doing a thorough job of sealing off the foundation of the house and disinfecting the attic. I feel so much better knowing that he made sure that everything was completely sealed before he left. He was very polite, friendly and prompt in his work. I am so happy and satisfied with my decision to choose Mice Mob. I really feel like I am in good hands! I can rest better now knowing that my mice issue has been taken care of. I was expecting to hear the same thing the other pest control/exterminators tell me about mice. To my surprise, these guys really did a thorough inspection including the attic. They educated me as to how mice get in and hidden points in the house and outside they climb or jump. I was offered a few options (no pushy sales pitch) based on the results of there inspection. I chose the most secure option where they lay traps, disinfect, and secure the entire house under the siding and seal other found entry points. After they finished, they walked me through the outside of the outside of the house and explained what they sealed. I was truly impressed! No other company offered this service. I had three other quotes and there plan was to lay traps and monitor. Great job guys!

I was recommended Mice Mob Exterminators from a friend who had used them in the past, and swears by them. I was not disappointed. Not only did they respond right away, and send someone to my house to start the process, but they were all very professional. Steve and Bill especially were great to work with. They showed up on time, were very respectful of the property, and did a great job.

Had a good experience with Mice Mob. Fixed our issue which was very small but in my head I envisioned it way worse in duct work and places unseen. We haven't seen a single mouse or evidence of one since. It's pricey though....so be prepared to drop some cash. Giving it four stars because of the cost.

Mice Mob has been fantastic.... they do have a one year warranty for the work they do. Totally mouse proofed the outside of our home. We had mice in basement. Now they are totally gone.

My wife and I were at the end of our rope with mice leaving droppings in our kitchen cabinets and drawers. E-mailed Mice Mob and got a call back almost immediately. They had a last minute cancellation that day and were able to come evaluate our situation just a couple hours later. After thoroughly inspecting the inside and the outside of the house, we were given an estimate. He even kindly excused himself so my wife and I could determine if the cost was within our budget. While the price is on the high side..the value received cannot be overstated. Poison was laid out that day and they returned to disinfect and seal up any holes on the outside that the mice could use for access. I was blown away by the amount of work they put into that particularly. I had no idea the smallest of holes these mice can use. So far we haven't seen any sign of mice...and with the year warranty we're both sleeping east. Great job Mice Mob!!!

After searching high and low for someone who would seal the house to prevent mice from coming in to begin with, these folks did the trick. We were not overrun with mice but had bad experiences in the past. They were very professional and have not seen evidence of any mice since they "treated" our premises. Pricey but worth it.

We are so happy to have found Mice Mob, and they have done an exceptional job for us. When we bought our home almost 7 yrs ago, we didn't know there was a mice problem in the basement. When it was discovered, we had one company come in and disinfected problem areas, changed our insulation, and I thought fixed the problem. Turns out they didn't fill any entryways because they wanted the mice to take the poison out of the house. Then company #2 came in, and they said they sealed up the holes, but we still got occasional mice, but nothing like before. During this time, we had children, and paying all this money to fix the mice problem, but it never was truly fixed. Our kids play downstairs all the time, and it was ridiculous that we had spent all this money, and I still checked like crazy. When my oldest came to tell me there was a mouse downstairs, that was it. I finally found a company that did what I was looking for....seal up our house. Mice Mob did what I was hoping was going to be done when I hired the first company! Mice Mob did an excellent job. They really sealed everything. I cant possibly see having a problem again. They did another property for us, which to us, they went above and beyond great service. I wish I would have found Mice Mob in the beginning! Heath, Markis, and Fernando just did a wonderful job! Working with Joe and Matt was a pleasure too!

It has been 5 years since they exterminated the mice infestation (the previous owners donated to us) in my home. They had to come for touch up work but have never had a mouse in 5 YEARS, or anything! I live next to a wetlands, and my home had become overwhelmed with field mice several winters ago. I tried setting traps, but discovered quickly I could not get ahead of the situation myself. I called Mice Mob out of the blue. They were a joy to work with, very knowledgeable, and stood behind their work. It was a thorough process of setting traps, plugging holes and areas where the mice could get into the home, and destroying their trails around the home as well. Less then a year went by and I noticed the mice had come back. I called Mice Mob back, and they came out again no questions asked and discovered quickly where they were getting in, and made the necessary repairs, even adding new stripping to my garage door. I've been mice free for several years, and would highly recommend them.

We saw a mice run across our kitchen and we were repulsed and frustrated. We had Orkin come for almost two months. We never caught anything with Orkin and kept seeing a mouse/droppings. I called Mice Mob and problem was solved immediately. They came right out and we haven't seen anything since. What a relief! They were professional and prompt and solved the problem.
