Our unique extermination process is a large part of our success as a company. We begin with a thorough inspection of each building from top to bottom, including the following areas:

We also inspect the outside of each building. This is an important step because it informs our well-trained technicians how mice are gaining access to the structure. We calculate an exterminating plan specifically for you in order to restore your property to rodent-free status. When the mice are completely exterminated, we seal the structure from all access points by using galvanized steel so mice are unable to penetrate.
Our final step is to disinfect the inside of your structure. Disinfecting your facility not only kills all germs and bacteria that mice can carry, but also eliminates the scent and trails they left behind. Once your house is mice-free and disinfected, we promise you a renewable one year guarantee for your space to remain free and clear of mice.

I normally don't write these but the tech that did the work (Geno) asked if I could write this. My experience with mice mob was excellent from start to finish. Kevin (estimator) came out and gave me a quote to not just exterminate the mice in my home but to seal my home too. I had a full understanding of what their processes are. Geno came out cleaned areas of infiltration did an excellent job sealing the outside of my house. Honestly it looks better now from when they started. DOUBLE 5 STARS!!!!!!

Mice Mob Exterminators
The exterminator walked in, threw maybe four poison packs behind our dishwasher and another four behind our stove and left. He said they’d keep coming in unless the building was sealed, didn’t bother looking anywhere else at our unit. Didn’t seal anything or even so much as open a cabinet. So it was $250 for someone to spend maybe six minutes total inside my condo, throw down a handful of poison packs and walk out. I’m on the board for my condo and asked if he could give me a quote to seal the building. He looked around the very outside for a couple minutes and a few hours later I had a quote that just said $2000 with literally no breakdown of what that would cover, or guarantees of what we could see from that work, or photos of what issues were to be addressed. Literally just a random amount of money requested. How are they still in business??

I don't see your name anywhere in our system. Our first visit we can put down treatment (we use the best on the market, which is why it is more expensive), but we never seal anything that day. There isn't anything else we can do with a condo, as we only seal the exterior, and we would need permission from the board to do that. Our estimates are on the spot (not a few hours later), and do give a breakdown of all work that will be done including any Guarantees, so I'm not sure you have the right company. We paid Mice Mob 2000 to seal our house and put in bait traps. This worked for a few months. The problem is the follow-up. We noticed “evidence” of mice in our basement and called mice mob for a follow up visit. They were rude on the phone. They came out and did the bare minimum to try to fix the problem. After spending all that money, they basically had no follow through and we still have mice in our basement. Not a good investment.

On November 11, 2020, you called regarding some noises in the attic, where we sent out a truck and found and sealed 2 possible entry points but saw no visible activity in the attic. On June 18, 2021, you called due to a smell coming out of the light in a bedroom and thought it was due to activity in the attic. We sent out a truck and found no attic activity and no entry points.
Our main goal is to assist all of our customers however we can. Our renewable Guarantee covers mouse activity inside the home for 1 year. A little baffled at this negative review, as we followed up on every request and don't show any contact from you for over two years.

After finding a few mice in our crawl space, we paid Mice Mob over $2000 to seal up all entry points to our house.
The issue is the visual appearance of how they sealed up the entry points to our house. Our salesman promised us they wouldn’t use mesh and that everything would be aesthetically pleasing. They used mesh, bolted it into our siding with shiny large bolts, and it sticks up around our bay window. They also didn’t complete the full scope of work (like sealing the crack between our sagging patio step).
Overall, it’s not worth the money and I wouldn’t use them again. They just put out some poison for a month and then put Frankenstein fixes all around our home.
Update: We have been having major landscaping done and it has revealed more and more completely absurd “fixes” done by Mice Mob. I’m attaching a photo of my personal fave. I’m really glad they used cement to plug a hole in my wood door frame (not pictured) but some weird foam to plug a hole in my cement foundation.

I was expecting to hear the same thing the other pest control/exterminators tell me about mice. To my surprise, these guys really did a thorough inspection including the attic. They educated me as to how mice get in and hidden points in the house and outside they climb or jump. I was offered a few options (no pushy sales pitch) based on the results of there inspection. I chose the most secure option where they lay traps, disinfect, and secure the entire house under the siding and seal other found entry points. After they finished, they walked me through the outside of the outside of the house and explained what they sealed. I was truly impressed! No other company offered this service. I had three other quotes and there plan was to lay traps and monitor. Great job guys!

Had a good experience with Mice Mob. Fixed our issue which was very small but in my head I envisioned it way worse in duct work and places unseen. We haven't seen a single mouse or evidence of one since. It's pricey though....so be prepared to drop some cash. Giving it four stars because of the cost.
